Panelists/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are necessary for the evaluation of the National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship Program.  If you are interested in serving on a panel to evaluate applications, please register below along with uploading your resume/cv.

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Doctoral Degree with experience in Science and Engineering Disciplines                                                   
  • Master's Degree & Ten (10) years of experience within Science and Engineering Disciplines

Disciplines:

Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Biosciences (includes toxicology)
Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Cognitive, Neural, and Behavioral Sciences, Computer and Computational Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Geosciences (includes terrain, water, and air), Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering (includes undersea systems), Oceanography (includes ocean acoustics, remote sensing, and marine meteorology), Physics (including optics)


Panel Review Period:                         January  11- February  11, 2019

Application Closing Date:                November 18, 2018

Honorarium:                                             Subject Matter Experts receive a $600 Honorarium
                                                                           for serving as a Panelist.






  


  • Subject Matter Experts from academia, government,  industry and the science and technology community are encouraged to apply.  

  • The Selection Review Panel will be responsible for reviewing and ranking all eligible applicants.

  • STI-TEC will review all complete applications for eligibility requirements prior to assembling the Review Panels
